yearning for access to sxsw
*i promise i still love watching films but i’m busy with classes*
i could never have survived dream academy. episode 2 was so much critic (and i think that was needed for the girl in the long run) but i don’t think i would’ve made it out of that dance studio alive. the mental gymnastics of the music industry k-pop and otherwise is not meant for me all of those girls are so strong.

i really liked this a lot. i thought i would but oh my gosh. two black leads in love persevering. give me more. i really like the character development, there were definitely moments where i contemplated if i like the characters (the guy specifically) but this was really well done. i loved the framing, the music choices. i didn’t cry like i thought i would which is good because i don’t think that was the focus and i think sometimes…
