‘Who needs brains, that never did a girl any good’
Outstanding acting. Love that the movie just goes different directions the entire time. You’re watching a thriller one moment and the next you’re watching a 90’s romcom. There’s so much irony throughout the movie. From dialogue, to clothing to the music. Has been on my list for a while and it’s been a real treat! I can see the work of Emerald Fennel very vividly. After watching ‘The Danish girl’ a couple of years ago and ‘Saltburn’ yesterday, I can’t wait what she will make in the future.Translated from by -

This was insanely captivating. So disturbing yet very satisfying. This movie triggered so much, tapped into multiple different emotions. I felt disgust, anger, fear, it was also funny! I’m in huge awe of the acting, it was brilliant. Beautiful writing. Beautifully filmed. The colour ‘code’ was very visible and it completely worked! There’s just so much to say about it. What a masterpiece! Adore these kinds of twisted movies. Highly recommend it! <3
