My Own Private Idaho 1991
My Own Private Idaho is what all art yearns to be. This film encompasses the deranged beauty of every type of artistic medium and combines them into something which scrapes at the deepest part of the human consciousness. The performances are beautiful, the cinematography is otherworldly, the writing is (aptly) Shakespearean. I can find no flaws in this piece, I just want to devour every part of it.

This is a very good movie but had the potential to be a truly great one.
