I enjoyed this movie although I felt some aspects were not explored enough and sort of scatterbrained
I was particularly drawn to Laura’s story and the theme around sexism / women whose cries fell on deaf ears. Sexism cleared the runway for violence against women to flourish for so long (still does). Especially in Hollywood.

Alien: Romulus 2024
Not great but not bad by any means. Theres something to like for everyone in my opinion. Really awesome facehugger / gore scenes. Loved the callbacks to prior films, although a bit cheesy.
Experiencing some Alien fatigue for sure, the movies are starting to feel repetitive and it’s pretty stale. No true new plot elements introduced really. Just more of the same.
