Movie plot was alright, somewhat unique idea and engaging at times, especially towards the end. Acting was solid from everyone (NOT YOU SELENA), and the singing was alright from almost everyone (AGAIN, NOT YOU SELENA), but the musical numbers were too fucking much throughout the movie. Megalopolis 2024
Second viewing with some subtitles made this a more enjoyable movie. This is still a fucking dumpster fire of ideas, and not every idea gels together well, but I understood it better. Watch it once, give yourself a week to digest and understand what FFC is trying to say, and go see it again. I promise you that the seemingly 4 hour movie you saw the first time, will not feel the same way the second time.
