  This film has such an ugly yet endearing realism about it. It's honest, and I love that. I think that's why it's still lingering on my mind over a week later in such a way that has me reflecting on my own relationships. Some of Laurie Metcalf & Saoirse Ronan's dialogue was downright heartwrenching and they both killed it. A simple yet uniquely moving film that I'll probably revisit at some point.

  RPat nailed it, as well as most of the cast. Gotham looked perfect. The story and character arc of Batman was awesome and probably the closest we've seen to the comics yet.
