  While not classic in nature, The Brutalist is a take on a type of film we rarely see being made in this era of movies anymore. A grandiose achievement that can’t be undersold

  
  My only main issue is the usage of AI. Whether or not the film is good, AI has no place in art and should be acknowledged. With that being said, my distaste for the AI usage in this compared to Late Night With the Devil does vary as in The Brutalist it’s to enhance Adrien Brody’s accent while in the latter, it’s used for notable visuals

  13 FUCKING OSCAR NOMINATIONS???

  Might just be the most jarring fucking film I’ve seen. There is not a single part of this film that brings me joy (except for the end credits). Every song made me want to smash my head into my wall. Sure give Zoe Saldaña her Oscar she’s fine I guess… BUT LIKE WHAT ELSE IS GOOD ABOUT THIS FILM?? PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME
