Shocked at the bad reviews for this. A bit disjointed at times and suffering from the underuse of two great actors as really just side villains, this is still a great watch carried by Anthony Mackie's great portrayal as Cap, alongside a rock solid (surprisingly emotional) performance from Harrison Ford who is terrific, and another great side plot with another emotionally great performance from Carl Lumbly as Isiah Bradley. Doesn't quite hit the upper tier of MCU movies, but certaintly not in the bottom tier either
