loved the clever take on narcissists and sociopaths. entertaining, visually stimulating. amazing performance from john malkovich. but many characters lacked depth. i stan ayo, but her character felt one dimensional. but overall this held my curiosity and attention and was a generally fun and insane movie.

saw this at tribeca film festival. incredible dialogue and execution of the script. sean penn and dakota johnson are the only two cast members and their dynamic is so charming. i was smiling the whole time. i laughed, i teared up. what a great concept. it was a touch too long but not enough that it was distracting. i was so invested in the humanity of their stories.
