  There’s a murderer in *checks notes* New York City. Clearly the only reasonable option is to *checks notes again* shut down Manhattan.

  Unfortunately, the movie isn’t as stupid as the idea.

  Whoever made trailer for this movie deserves an award of some sort. The trailers made it look like it'll be loads of fun. But it's actually boring as hell, and I didn't even make the half way point before I turned it off. Extra half star for a hand full of decent jokes.
