    Mickey 17

    ★★★½

Mickey 17 is an absolute blast. Robert Pattinson just keeps proving there’s no role he can’t crush. I guess when you’ve already made more money than you’ll ever need playing a vampire, you can take on any role or accent you want. His range is just unreal, and it’s awesome to be living in his renaissance.

    A Complete Unknown

    ★★★½

A Complete Unknown delivers on its attempt to capture Bob Dylan at a pivotal moment in his career. In a world where Adrien Brody somehow doesn’t outshines his Oscar-winning performance in The Pianist, I’d say Timothee takes the Oscar this time around.

The acting is so believable and the set design is stunning. 45 years late Alien still holds up to keep me wanting more.

    The Brutalist

    ★★★★½

I’ve been staring at this review for days, trying to process The Brutalist—grappling with the totality of the film and what I witnessed.

I was deeply moved by the sheer ambition of capturing a story of this scale—so many moving parts, intricate sequences, elaborate sets, and powerful moments, all woven together seamlessly.

Adrien Brody’s performance was nothing short of masterful. What he delivered on screen felt deeply raw and intentional, the kind of depth that only a truly great director…
