  This movie is perfectly fine but coming off of Mickey 17, it’s tough to compare, and it has this Ready Player One meets Starlord feel to it that was both generic yet at times highly original but was cool to see the mall I grew up in that both my parents worked at so heavily featured so in that regard it DID hit me right in the nostalgia but in a different way than this movie was intending

  What’s interesting about this movie is that it currently has 283k reviews which is more than all three Indiana Jones films from the 80s combined which shows it touched a nerve and made everyone think - I have a feeling this film will be considered a masterpiece one day

  What an absolute miracle of a movie - a perfect modern musical - two stellar performances, incredible cinematography and I loved the EDITING of this film. That's what really stuck out. Other than the music which was tremendous. This might be the first soundtrack I'll buy in a decade just to support.
