Was promised this would be terrible and it delivered.
Got some laughs in, and it’s undeniably fascinating to see how every aspect of this film is bad. But sometimes definitely bad in comforting ways.

Fun! Silly humor lands for me often. I was nervous I was going to start losing attention when it went full “save the earth” path, but it ended up being pretty fun throughout. I liked the stuttering and then switching to a completely different word bit.

The Brutalist 2024
I’m laying in bed at night after having seen this in theaters earlier today and I can’t stop thinking about it. The kind of film that shakes me up and depresses me but in a way that I’m kind of just feeling “off”. I gave this 4 1/2 stars because it did have stretches where I was a little bored because I am a simpleton but I feel this is definitely better than some films I’ve given 5 stars to.
