  Love how the "three poor roommates trying to get therapy for the cost of one" plotline has not aged a day in 2025 and almost works better for the current times--this is my Design for Living (1933). I know Jean Harlow would have hated playing Saxie Symbol but I can't help but imagine this film, which owes everything to the genre, as a 30s screwball with Jean Harlow, Cary Grant, Clark Gable, and Wallace Beery. And Kay Francis as Dr. Myrna Von.
