such a perfect film with perfect colours & perfect songs (belle & sebastian i will love u forever) & imperfect characters !!!
watched on 35mm in student cinema (pretty good run so far)
one thing i never told po-wing is that i didn’t want him to recover too quickly

very sweet and intimate and touching. watched in the student cinema & will have to revisit very soon

yet he knew he could never save hers. so sensitive and subtle and sweet and devastating and the final scene will never fail to make me tear up, he’ll always be a boy trying to set people free the only way he knows how to. melville truly does know how to make the best films about loneliness . it’ll pass or WHATEVER
