  i will say i went in with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised. i was well entertained throughout espically with my mom who doesn’t do gore (i love it) she was very jumpy. storyline intriguing, effects very fun and realistic, but the real cherry was how hot the tattoo reveal was. a nerdy, shy banker who is just absolutely covered in diy ink, girl i would fold too. my one big complaint, the ink deserved more screen time. props to makeup. 

  all in all a fun experience.

  a diva off between john malkovich and ayo. three stars for how good ayo looks in that yellow dress. those creepy cult people did not lie when they said they were gonna cook. 

  but unfortunately this type of movie feels overdone at this point but i guess it’s a recipe these ‘arthouse’ companies like to pump out. the shots were interesting and i love a good color palette. and while so much felt so thought out i also got completly no where.

  my brain is kinda dead right now with my mini oscar’s marathon so I don’t have much to say but I thought it was going to hit a bit harder and it did not for me. still great acting and visually stunning but maybe if the tea was actually juicy idk
