  Genuinely wonderful movie. And so funny! Loved Thelma's youthful curiosity, showing that as old as one gets, one's spirit never perishes. And to have Danny as a green-leaf comparison to her (and she him), stunted by his suffocating parents (AKA Thelma's daughter and son-in-law) who are worried about them both, makes this a film relatable (painfully so, one may find) to all ages. Just really excellent, efficient, empathetic storytelling. And also how it is a send-up and simultaneous love letter to the Mission: Impossible series? Golly! I'm in awe.

  Look at the bottoms of those trees. Look how gnarled they are, and yet they live.
