Frankenstein 1910
This movie is soooo ahead of its time effect-wise. Like, it’s a fine movie, pretty bad adaptation, but the special effects are where it’s at.
Example: There’s a scene where Frankenstein sees himself in the mirror and instead of him it’s his creation. What it seems like they did is they recorded Frankenstein’s side, then the monster’s side, then they took the film and cut it to show both of them at the same time. Or something like that. Whatever, it looks cool.
The entire film I was like, YAYY YEAH THATS SO COOL YAYYYYYY, but it doesn’t really get the book I don’t think.Translated from by -

This is a movie that exists. Or is it???? It is possible Doug Walker himself dreamed this movie up and it gained consciousness and willed itself into reality.
I don’t believe a single person who worked on this film has interacted with any sonic media past 1999, and that is stretching it.

NOPE was probably the easiest 5/5 movie I could think of in recent memory, soo, it’s my first review I guess yayyy.
Jordan Peele is still one of the most creative people to ever be popular, for real he deserves every single thing he’s gotten since he started making stuff.
