  The film presents the audience with a flurry of intriguing topics, but that's about all it does. The failure to explore meaningful commentary leaves this dark comedy lacking enough of the "dark". And when the stacked cast is reduced to redundant one-liners and tired quips, the "comedy" falls short as well. Robert Pattinson fucking killed it though.

  Gut-wrenching storytelling paired with inventive animation methods swallows the viewer into the mind of a dejected and ostracized main character on the path for vengeance. Thought-provoking and emotionally intense. Love, love, love.

  The empathy I felt for this poor cat, despite no dialogue, as it is forced on a journey with strangers-turned-companions, is indicative of the great acting choices by the animators in a story told by body language.
