  Loved that subtitles were used as a creative magnifier to the film, but especially in third act when it wasn’t there and served as a reminder that the moment is not to be shared with us; we’re just observers to the connection formed between the characters

  Do you know that person who is probably nice but is trying way too hard to get on your good side? Black Adam is that person

  Not a hardcore DC fan so I wasn’t familiar with some of the characters, but the story also didn’t do much to help me sympathize with them - and some of them seemed written to be very unlikable. 

  Also, some of the dynamics between characters were really forced to the point that it was kinda cringe.
