  One of the best adapted screenplays of all time.

  Both the book and film are fantastic.
  The initial theatrical adaption is also a gem (Malthouse Theatre). Well done Tommy Murphy.

  Getting through the last 30mins of this film is excruciating. Such a poignant and genuine representation of life through the AIDS crisis.

  This is one of Australia’s greatest films.
