First story had a very cool aesthetic and setting, wish they had leaned into the creepiness more. Felt a lot like Coraline in some ways.
Second story was the most uncomfortable to watch, with everything going wrong and the mouse having no way to stop it.
Third story had a cool dystopian setting. Partway through Elias tells the main cat that the house is going to sink underwater in a few days. I don't know if that was supposed to be clear for the whole short but it really recontextualized the main cat's actions for me.

Saving Private Ryan 1998
Usually my reviews give a lot of weight to how much I enjoyed myself while watching a movie. I have to change up the formula for this one, because a lot of this movie is genuinely difficult to watch. So 4 stars for being a very well-made movie that achieves what it sets out to do. I think it's too long, and that the first half is a lot stronger than the second, but I feel like this will be a memorable movie for me.
