  The film delivered what I was craving for in a Alien flick. Whereas the previous installments of the franchise (Prometheus, Alien Covenant) may have been a little heavy-handed in the way they presented their themes and expanded the lore and Alien universe— which some fans including myself enjoyed but others not so much— Alien Romulus borrowed aspects from all its predecessors to create a spectacle that will appeal to most fans.
