Let's start by addressing the elephant in the room. Is it better than the original Gladiator. No. It is not. Gladiator is a classic. Russel Crowe is a classic. [Watched in IMAX]
The recent release of Interstellar in IMAX theatres shocked me. Being one of my favourite films and being able to see it in this aspect ratio, sound quality and image quality was amazing.
I cannot describe how this film was in the cinema. The emotions, the music, everything to the last minute detail was simply perfect. The collaboration between Hans Zimmer and Christopher Nolan is phenomenal, as usual. But this one stands out. This is a film which is beyond human. You could even say this film is "interstellar".
