Paddington in Peru may not quite measure up to the charm of the first two films, but it still offers an enjoyable slice of entertainment, despite a generally predictable storyline.
"I didn't know that murder was a love language."
With Heart Eyes, a clear attempt was made to mash together rom-com and horror, and the result is a generic slasher meet cutes a forgettable hallmark movie. It's certainly watchable, but definitely falters here and there with pacing issues and laughably bad exposition.
"You're talking about pinball machines. I'm a politician!"
As a sprawling coming of age story that successfully captures all the awkward moments and unnecessary drama, Licorice Pizza is a little lacking in cohesion and has some problematic elements, but rises quite high with excellent cinematography, a sharp script, and outstanding lead performances.
Needed much more Bradley Cooper, though.

Everything Everywhere All At Once is a truly extraordinary feat of cinema, an immersive experience that is simultaneously insane yet thoroughly grounded, balancing ridiculous comedy with tremendous heart, and backed by an excellent cast and terrific score. A refreshingly original film with powerful emotion and stunning visuals.
