  So fucking good. Stylish as shit. I love Fassbender, one of my favorites, and Blanchett unreal too. This is why I love movies, shit like this. Just a fun as hell 90 minutes. Made my week.

  Complete trash I’m so sad to say. I knew Ruffalo’s character was supposed to imitate Trump but I didn’t think it would bother me this much. Totally took me out of the film. 
  Unless you can show me what part of Donald Trump’s actual policies have indicated he would do anything like this I’ll give this two stars. Movies are usually supposed to be an escape from reality but to sit down and pay almost $40 for a movie ticket…

  Really didn’t enjoy this at all

  I’m not sure if the female lead is supposed to be a protagonist or not but her personality completely sucks and I have had the misfortune of knowing people like that, she then proceeds to happily leave a person in jail because they had their heart broken I guess?

  This is just your poor Netflix adaptation of Bodies Bodies Bodies, Talk To Me and Knives Out into one. Lame.

  Not sure whether it’s worth commenting on the race element of this film. I’ll just say it’s pretty boring at this stage and so typical.

  To Live and Die in L.A. 1985

  This was incredible. Don’t think I could want a particular vibe in a movie any more than the one this has. The grimy, sleaziness that oozes off the screen and LA is the perfect backdrop for a noir like this. If I ever made a movie I would copy so many things from this. I will be watching this again soon. Man.. and the soundtrack too, woo
