  I’m aware that there is some relatively subtle meaning to The Green Knight, but it simply was not an enjoyable watch for me. Lots of “weirdness” with no explanation and no reason. The surface level story in bland and uninteresting. It never really gave enough to intrigue me.

  White Noise does a lot right. It’s got a creative and eye grabbing style, the characters are solid, and it has some good ideas. The problem is that it ends up being a hodgepodge of partially developed plot elements. The first part takes up way more time than it should considering only one detail is used in the rest of the movie. The transition from the first plot to the second feels sudden and like the first part is just abandoned. White Noise’s two prongs don’t mesh well or fully flesh out the plot in either part.
