The Legend of 1900 1998
Incredible story—unlike any other I’ve seen in a movie so far. (Granted, I haven’t seen that many movies.) Plato’s Allegory of the Cave vibes. The score is a miracle; the score makes the film.

Haven’t seen the Kung-Fu Panda movies in probably over a decade and I was completely taken aback by the borderline unhinged but admittedly inevitable baby Po/baby Jesus/baby Moses backstory. Very innovative cartoon action sequences too.
