By the Light of the Silvery Moon 1953
Doris Day’s hair is the most terrific colour. It’s a fucking wonder that I have such a fucked ideal of romance. Also, Bill Sherman is the villain of this piece, a bin men in a soft boi disguise. I grew up wanting to be Majorie (the blonde, sweet ingenue) and I have become Stella (the wise cracking spinster maid). Great musical numbers including some guy in a rooster costume. I’M THERE.

A large part of this rating is to give praise to whoever did Rachel McAdam’s hair on the movie. STUNNING WORK. No bin men in sight in this film which is very unrealistic.
