Fitzcarraldo 1982
I didn’t get it, I didn’t understand it, I didn’t like it. I’m not sure if it’s my age or the complete lack of excitement throughout the movie. They just exploit a bunch of natives for 2 hours. I’ll be honest I fell asleep for 30 min of it. Nothing about this movie made sense and it’s a classic. There’s no pace, a crazy man wants an opera house, the acting and visuals are ok; there’s just not a ‘wow what a great movie feeling”. Sorry Werner herzog, don’t love it. 4/10

Road House 2024
The whole thing was a cash grab. No one told Conner that he could put his arms down. I’m not even gonna comment on the action because there was none. They were really reaching with the story. Action/fighting scenes were fine. Live bands were great. Throughout the movie anytime Conner is driving a vehicle he parks it by crashing which is honestly the funniest parts of the movie. Absolutely atrocious movie.
