  this was neat to see. the animatronics look fucking mind blowing. they almost look too good lol. there's a lot of scenes with the Freddy's gang that look downright unreal and that to me was the big takeaway from the movie for me. the Jim Henson folks did an incredible job and they really deserve the praise they've been receiving. other than that, it was serviceable and entertaining. I really don't think we're gonna see truly beloved Freddy's flick until we get an R rating though.

  This analogy is god awful but hear me out. This movie kinda tickles your balls for a bit, then it starts to grab em. It then proceeds to squeeze em real hard. But it's all cool because it lets em go after a bit, but then it's like "SIKE MOTHERFUCKER" and gives em a good fuckin slap. I'm not really into cbt, but this movie was really good. Only difference between Goodfellas and cbt is that I can still have kids after watching Goodfellas.
