  Ive taken another hit of the Bong and found that he's a pretty damn good director (shocker). Not my favourite movie but it has it's moments that truly hit. The olympic torch reveal to turn the tide was awe-inspiring.

  I've got to agree with the kid, that stare from the basement stairs is pure bone-chilling and one of the scariest sights from a non-horror movie.
  Also, Song Kang-ho was absolutely snubbed by the academy for this role - he is the beating metronome of this masterpiece.
