  the movie holds up. i couldn’t remember everything the movie contained, but wow, you get a sci-fi mockumentary that tackles the military industrial complex, biotechnology ethics, organized crime, genocide, digs at the press, and more.

  it’s magesterial in how it tackles such issues through wikus’s transformation into a prawn and christopher spending the last twenty years to return to the mothership. 

  
  the final bid for the fuel is outright intense. the scenes are comparable to the best war movies.

  the movie fucking rules and i just found out neill blomkamp and sharlto copley are directly involved with a sequel in the near future.
