Medium Cool 1969
One of the coolest movies I’ve ever seen. The more I think about it, the more perfect it is, and I attribute that to the authenticity of each & every shot. Also it’s sadly still relevant

This was my first period piece I actually sat through and I now realize I have been missing out. This shit rocked. The drama was so well drawn out, and although I needed some explaining from friends for some of the characters, it was so easy to fall in love with different parts of each. I was already on my hopeless romantic vibes & now Emma has me down so so bad. Happy birthday Kayli & thanks for making me watch.

Corsage 2022
God damn. Honestly one of my favorites I have watched in a long time. Each character was so well used and defined, with each of their relationships being drawn out perfectly for the themes. Beautiful beautiful shots too. I genuinely think this film could have been just as good silent. The final scenes blew me away, especially the dancing in the credits. That soundtrack too, mmm. Thanks to my friends for dragging me out to this one, it was amazing.
