The Ritual 2017
I really enjoy folk horror but I’m conflicted about the steady build up of tension throughout the movie that seems to lead to nowhere? Really solid start to the film with scenes that get progressively more chilling, only to result in a frankly underwhelming resolution that came across as relatively corny
Overall, great story and fun 3/4 of the movie. Beautifully made just lackluster ending
