Weird movie but aside from a couple scenes I really liked it. Classic weird Tarantino but it sets up the second one really well and the storyline is clear

Overall solid movie with some good actors. The ending was weird and the build up was pulp fiction-esque just for not every plot line to be resolved. I see what Tarantino was doing though and it was a classic Tarantino film

Joker: Folie à Deux 2024
This movie started out really well and had me doubting the bad reviews I had seen. Unfortunately this movie killed all its momentum when they had him renounce the joker. The movie did a great job of building the joker character and separating him from Arthur as well as showing Arthur’s development in being comfortable within himself. However this all came crashing down when he renounced himself as joker, even though that needed to happen to set up the past movies like the dark knight. I do really like how this movie sets up joker as a symbol and the ending really hammers that down
