    Catches two of our great actors at their respective peaks. Middle aged Al Pacino just after Glengarry Glen Ross and Heat---foaming at the mouth, deranged bellowing. And Keanu Reeves, only a few years after Speed and Point Break with his characteristic nuance: impassive, enigmatic and shifting. And the third star, New York City, is just as charismatic.

A sad sweet sicko delicately played by Stephen Lang, just trying to find love as he hunts down and kills families in the Midwest. A touching cameo from Joan Allen as a blind woman.
