  LITERAL MASTERPIECE. nothing compares to this movie. The Irony in a rat being a cook is quite comical and is precisely why this movie works so well. Remys character is so grown and adult ish yet still has a sense of curiosity and wonder. The music. the setting. the characters. the food. this movie was a cultural reset and genuinely made me into the person i am today. btw i hate the scene where Remy is in the chefs shirt…

  You see….there was absolutely no need for this movie. it wasn’t necessarily bad but why was there a 2 seconds battle scene and why was the main villain a cockroach man…? it was cute but genuinely i could sit there with a blank mind and not really need to think while watching this movie…which then again might be a nice thing for some people. So much randomness mixed together into a despicable me soup. not to be a hater. also can’t believe this was compared to Kung Fu panda 4. NOT THE SAME AT ALL.
