Watched this movie for the first time while nodding out in 2017... Def worth the revisit. I looked like R Patz with his gross beard and dyed black hair (pre bathroom bleach) and the Safdies remind me of what it was like to be an addict, although I wasn't nearly as stupid as Connie, Jeez. Thrilling and smart with a sexy soundtrack (thnx Ohneotrix Point Never) - I listened to that Iggy Pop song loads of times. Maybe I'll give uncah-jamz another shot, especially after reading Down the Drain... speaking of addiction. Thank God for sobriety (and not being a sloppy criminal).
