James Cameron's brilliant sequel to Ridley Scott's classic. "Aliens" is one of those rare sequels that is equal to and arguably better than the original. Where Ridley Scott's original is a slow, atmospheric, claustrophobic nightmare...James Cameron took his sequel in a totally different, action film direction (making Ellen Ripley one of the all-time cinema bad ass heroines).
Outstanding supporting cast including Michael Biehn (an early regular in many of Cameron's films), Bill Pullman, Paul Reiser, and Jenette Goldstein (another regular in many of Cameron's films).
One of my all time favorite films.
