  If the big short didn't exist this would probably have gotten a higher rating but i suppose it'll always be measured against that film

  A fair bit of the acting was a touch melodramatic (looking at you Paul Bethany) and I think it doesn't do anything to really drive home how much the average person felt the consequences of banker greed. Instead the film tried to make me feel bad for Demi Moore's character who in the words of Danny Dyer is one of the "twats that called it on"

  Great film! Would love to know how it was made because the combination of stop motion and CGI type stuff was really impressive.

  I don't think I'm smart enough to fully grasp what the film is trying to convey. But at the same time I was really, really, really gutted by the end. So I think I got the gist of it.

  The film made me really appreciative of the stable family upbringing I was privileged to have, and I want to give my dad a big hug now
