Bill Burr is one of my all time favorite comedians. This new hour is flat out hilarious. Packed with self-deprecating introspection and very sharp observations about current events. I love Bill’s different voices and facial expressions too. He killed it. A true chuckle fest

Captivating psychological drama (partly) about the disillusionment of religion (and leadership in general). Phenomenal performances from Joaquin Phoenix and Phillip Seymour Hoffman. They each committed to their roles on a deeply emotional level 110% and they had great chemistry. Beautifully shot and written. An enthralling sci fi epic for the ages; this generation’s “Empire Strikes Back.” Everything about this story and the way it’s told is just unreal.

Cinematography goes insane. The color/lighting, frame composition, etc…so well crafted. Especially those scenes on the Harkonen planet. Nothing like it.

Hans Zimmer’s score shows us (once again) why he’s one of the goats. He expands on musical themes and ideas from Dune: Part One in a really…
