This movie is just beautiful. The visuals of the final 15 minutes are the obvious standout. But really, between the cinematography, sets, and locations, this movie is beautiful from start to finish. Many reviews will say that the first hour is boring. And I kinda get that, but I wouldn't want someone to read that and think this movie is a slog to get through. It's short. And if you can resist the urge to scroll on your phone and become immersed, it's worth your attention. Watch it for that last act. You won't be disappointed.

*BIG content/trigger warning for sexual assault in this movie*

You can tell that they were trying to be satirical. But they absolutely failed. The end product is just plain unfunny, uncomfortable, and unlikeable.
A friend got me to watch this and advertised it as "Tony Curtis becomes a knight and gets some land and it immediately goes to his head, so he acts like a big jerk."
So I imagined an egotistical imbecile who has no idea what he's…

I think some of the other reviews are being a bit harsh on this movie. It definitely is a slow burn, which isn't for everyone, but I like them. BUT it didn't have to be /that/ slow of a burn, if you get what I mean. It could've used more scares sprinkled throughout. I think what's there (as in, like, the contents of the film) is good, but it would've been better if it had been dialed up a notch…
