y'all are fucking stupid for hyping up this glorified torture porn. half of the show is literally just the 2nd floor woman being subjected to mindless and unnecessary brutalization. so tired of edgy shows where it's just thinly veiled violence against women. this show makes me so absolutely fucking mad.
the lower floor characters are comically dumb as fuck too they almost feel like caricatures. why didn't they utilize their resources better like buying self-defense weapons when they finally regained…

i get what the film is trying to say, however it totally failed to deliver its target message, which is presumably self-love. instead, we got a trainwreck of a film that is undertilized and isn't quite sure what it's supposed to be. mae is a character that everyone loves to hate, and i admit that throughout the movie, i found myself gradually disliking her, but what irked me the most is the film's distasteful portrayal of mental illness.
