Fail Safe 1964
Duel-screened this movie while playing Battle of Polytopia. Unlike the cowards in the movie, when I go after someone, say, in the Basin of Posasa, I fully intend to GRIND THEIR BONES INTO DIRT! MAKE THEM REGRET THEY WERE EVER BORN!
Love the big board though and the various war rooms. Who’s the motion graphics guy that’s updating the various aircraft positions on the map who really knows the status of everything first? Translator stuff was fun too.

Wicked 2024
The biggest difference between a stage to screen adaptation is perspective.
The creators of Wicked Part 1 know exactly what and how they wanted audiences to see, and they packed enough into every moment for anyone to take everything they can in. Seriously, the frames are packed and flawless.
Of course the story is wonderful. The adapters though did great care to give the story appropriate aura while remaining digestibly whimsical and pure for (I’d imagine) all audiences.
