Overly sappy. Literally just feels like it’s baiting emotion instead of being genuine about anything. The music is boring and uninteresting with such a predictable plot. If only this was made by an indie studio with 0 dialogue. Every time the audience went “awwww” to the most generic boring piece of dialogue I was on the verge of an aneurism. Gonna lose my mind when this wins best animated feature. The third act is so truly disappointing I can’t even bro.
