Where the Crawdads Sing 2022
Okay.. I wanted to hate it but this was not bad the second time around. The first time I watched this movie I was sooo mad that they centered the entire plot around the court case - the last thing the book is about. They could’ve done this movie so much better if they pulled from Kya’s love for the marsh more. Could you imagine the shots?? The detail?? But no, had to focus on the dickhead rapist who deserved to die anyway. You know what, I’m realizing now that I’m still mad about it
