The first half of the film is portrayed like a documentary until the camerawork finally shifts and the movie’s emotional plot kicks in.
The charm came from the imperfections. The cast (with lots of amateur actors) really felt like they were acting themselves instead of refined persona. The stage and the props aren’t grandiose and gives a DIY feel. These make the movie more immediately relatable.
Many say that a hallmark of a good movie is one that raises a question rather than a solution. This movie does exactly that.
