Gorgeously animated film about the importance of putting differences aside in the face of crisis, beautifully told through a cat and an assortment of other adorable animals. And is also an emotionally powerful and harrowing story about found family.

Aside from the baffling choice to make the dwarves computer animated, it’s a totally serviceable live-action remake, with a good lead, pleasant visuals and enjoyable and fun enough new songs.
The film tackles the human condition in such a brilliantly bizarre way. Emma Stone truly deserved the golden globe win. Mark Ruffalo has never been funnier. And the mise-en-scène was truly out of this world.

Emotionally powerful, deeply moving, and incredibly important film about home nursing, that beautifully and intimately portrays how we are all human beings. Heartbreaking depiction of what happens when you forget to take care of yourself. Tear ducts are empty to put it mildly.
