Idk what it is about fantastic movies that have some problematic stuff bc it’s just old but i almost love it more bc of that. Idk it feels like “regardless, the wholeness of human spirit is always there” or something like that.

Really intriguing but conclusion felt both abrupt on left me wanting more in a bad way? Especially considering it was a real life person and the narrative was supposed to finish there at the end. Just sort of strange climax/conclusion paired with some other really great elements.
